DESCRIPTION

 

OAK DRAW 905 is a metalworking oil developed for fin mills and aluminum fin collar drawing in the air conditioning and heat transfer industries.

 

APPLICATION

 

OAK DRAW 905 is used on aluminum fin mills for radiator and plate fin evaporator manufacturing.

 

FEATURES & BENEFITS

 

LUBRICITY:

 

Combines extreme pressure and boundary additives for high lubricity and wettability for drawing aluminum sheet stock. Has been pre-tested on aluminum fin mills worldwide providing excellent die and tool life.

 

CLEANLINESS:

 

Easily cleaned off in alkaline cleaners, products splits out completely.

 

CORROSION CONTROL:

 

Non-staining on aluminum and aluminum alloys.

 

ECONOMICAL:

 

Low end use cost.

 

RECOMMENDED STARTING DILUTIONS

 

OAK DRAW 905 is used as received (100%) and may be applied by immersion or spray methods. Add no other materials to the concentrate unless approved by your CIMCOOL representative.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

 

If frozen, product separates. Thaw completely at room temperature and stir prior to use. Inside storage is recommended.
