EVAPORATIVE LUBRICANT

 

DESCRIPTION

 

OAK DRAW 512 is an “evaporative” lubricant developed for electrical terminals, pre-painted metal stamping and related industries.

 

APPLICATION

 

OAK DRAW 512 is primarily used to stamp, bend and form where post cleaning is prohibited.

 

The “evaporative” nature of this unique lubricant supplies high boundary lubrication, while leaving minimal residue.

 

FEATURES & BENEFITS

 

LUBRICITY:

 

Has been pre-tested on high-speed presses, providing good die and tool life.

 

CLEANLINESS:

 

After use, parts may not require post cleaning. Clean running product that does not contain oil. Dry-to-touch on pre-painted alloys.

 

CORROSION:

 

Non-staining to aluminum and copper alloys.

 

ECONOMICAL:

 

Contains no water to promote rancidity, thereby ensuring optimum shelf-life in lubricant reservoirs. Low end use cost.

 

ASH LESS:

 

Uses ash less additives conforming to annealing processes.

 

RECOMMENDED STARTING DILUTIONS

 

OAK DRAW 512 is used as received (100%) and may be applied by spray, dip or brush methods. Add no other materials to the concentrate unless approved by your CIMCOOL representative.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

 

If frozen, product separates, Thaw completely at room temperature and stir thoroughly prior to use. Inside storage is recommended.
