DESCRIPTION

 

HOUGHTO-RINSE RTD is a ready to use non-flammable solvent replacement cleaner designed to remove surface residues such as spray paint, marker pen, ink, glue, grease, and shop soil prior to final assembly or packaging. It is effective on a wide range of surfaces including, aluminum, steel, plastics, and wood.  It is safe for use on painted surfaces and fiberglass.

 

HOUGHTO-RINSE RTD is formulated to dry quickly and not leave a noticeable residue. The ready to use formulation eliminates the need to dilute the product, thus saving both time and improving product performance.

HOUGHTO-RINSE RTD can be sprayed directly onto parts or hard to clean areas before those parts go into subsequent industrial cleaning processes like plating lines, painting lines, etc.

 

HOUGHTO-RINSE RTD is a direct replacement for highly volatile solvents where flammability and health/safety are a concern.

HOUGHTO-RINSE RTD may be applied by a variety of application methods including manual, spray and immersion.  It is safe for use with all forms of application equipment.  In applications where extremely fast drying is necessary, high velocity forced air can be used for assistance.
