Cut-Max Mist 4199

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY MULTI-PURPOSE MACHINING AND GRINDING FLUID FOR MIST APPLICATION

 

Cut-Max Mist 4199 is formulated using naturally occurring fatty oils and is free of all hazardous materials.  No sulfur, chlorine, solvents, mineral oils nor any halogenic compounds are used to manufacture this product.  Cut-Max Mist 4199 is formulated for use with mist applicators so that extremely small amounts of material are used on a daily basis and most all of the material is consumed in the machining process.  Cut-Max Mist 4199 virtually eliminates the need for subsequent cleaning operations and waste disposal.

 

Cut-Max Mist 4199 is recommended for machining and grinding of both ferrous and nonferrous materials.  Typical operations would include:  milling, drilling, tapping, stamping, roll forming, and bending.  The minute quantity of Cut-Max Mist 4199 that is employed on the tool workpiece interfaces minimizes product misting - common sense would dictate that adequate ventilation is provided for any metalworking fluid.
