CLEANING AGENT 4

METALWORKING FLUID ADDITIVE

 

CLEANING AGENT 4 provides excellent cleaning and grit settling action when added to CIMCOOL® metalworking fluid mixes. Removes graphite and oily deposits from machines. Reduces grit circulation.

 

OPERATIONS:

 

Add to CIMCOOL® water-based cutting, grinding or drawing fluid mixes under the direction of CIMCOOL® Technical Services.

 

APPLICATION:

 

Pour Cleaning Agent MD directly into the “clean” side of central filtration system where contamination is the lowest and will be least likely to reduce its effectiveness.

 

RECOMMENDED STARTING DILUTIONS

 

FOR INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY

 

Typical Operating Range

0.025% (1:4,000) to 0.05% (1:2,000)
