Cindol 3411 is a vanishing type lubricant used specifically for air conditioner fin press lubrication or any other light duty stamping of aluminum and ferrous metals.  Its odorless carrier solvent evaporates readily and leaves a minimum residue.  This means no cleaning is necessary after the stock leaves the press.  The remaining residue is so slight that it will not produce a solvent odor.

 

Aluminum heat exchange units for air conditioning and heating can be made and assembled faster at less cost with Cindol 3411.  Its unique ND additive drastically reduces metal pickup and galling.  This means you can operate presses at maximum speeds without cracking or breaking of fin collars for increased production.  Die life with Cindol 3411 is many times longer than with conventional lubricants.  These same benefits are important in tube bending.  In expanding, there is no pickup on the mandrels.
