DESCRIPTION

 

CIMTECH 320Z with InSol Technology is a non-oil containing metal working fluid with a near neutral pH

 

·         Designed for the Aerospace industry

·         Recommended for moderate to heavy/severe duty machining and grinding operations, including creep feed grinding on non-ferrous or ferrous metals

 

APPLICATION

 

·         Designed for use on wrought and cast aluminum alloys, cast iron, nodular iron, carbon steels, stainless steels, titanium and other exotic alloys except magnesium alloys.

·         It is especially suited for high pressure and through-the-tool coolant delivery systems

RECOMMENDED STARTING DILUTIONS

 

CIMTECH 320Z is to be mixed with water for use. Always add concentrate to water. Add no other materials to the concentrate or mix unless approved by your CIMCOOL® Technical Services Specialist.

 

Grinding	5% - 10% (1:20 to 1:10)
Machining	5% - 10% (1:20 to 1:10)
