SOLVENT-BASED CORROSION PREVENTIVE

 

DESCRIPTION

 

CIMGUARD 9C is a combination rust preventive, moisture sealant, cleaner and penetrating lubricant in one product.

 

APPLICATION

 

CIMGUARD 9C is ideal for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It frees frozen corroded parts easily and rapidly by absorption on the metal surface.

 

FEATURES & BENEFITS

 

VERSATILE:

 

CIMGUARD 9C can loosen frozen pipe joints, nuts, bolts, screws and clamps. It will lubricate and stop squeaking hinges, slide mechanisms, precision instruments, and gauges. This product also works well on under the hood and external automotive parts.

 

CIMGUARD 9C inhibits corrosion on machine surfaces, bushings, tool room parts and any metal area susceptible to corrosion. It also displaces moisture from motors, pumps, switches and wires.

 

CIMGUARD 9C cleans off light soils from machine beds, chucks, ways, gears and internal machine parts. It is fast drying and requires no mixing or measuring. It can easily be cleaned with either solvent or light duty alkaline cleaners.

 

RECOMMENDED STARTING DILUTIONS

 

CIMGUARD 9C is to be used as is. Add no other materials to the concentrate unless approved by your CIMCOOL® District Manager.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

 

If frozen, thaw completely at room temperature prior to use. Inside storage is recommended.
