DESCRIPTION

 

CIMFREE VG-S110P is a unique blend of vegetable and mineral oil.

 

APPLICATION

 

CIMFREE VG-S110P is a medium duty straight oil formulated for use as a machining and grinding fluid on ferrous and most non-ferrous materials.

 

FEATURES & BENEFITS

 

APPLICATION:

 

Machining and grinding straight oil which can be used for milling, drilling, boring and other machining applications. Has also exhibited very good ability as a minimum quantity lubricant and is well suited for mist applications.

 

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY:

 

Product formula is derived from natural and renewable resources.

 

LUBRICITY:

 

Provide excellent lubrication for all machining applications. CIMFREE VG-S110P is well suited for turning applications especially in the manufacturing of medical parts.

 

CORROSON CONTROL:

 

Excellent corrosion control on machine tools and finished parts.

 

RECOMMENDED STARTING DILUTIONS

 

CIMFREE VG-S110P is used neat (100%). Add no other materials to the concentrate or mix unless approved by your CIMCOOL® District Manager.
