DESCRIPTION

 

CIMCLEAN PRODUCTO SP-262T is a water-based, low-foaming detergent.

 

APPLICATION

 

CIMCLEAN PRODUCTO SP-262T is intended primarily for use in the removal of coolants, machining fluids, and honing oils from machined steel surfaces in high pressure applications.

·         Provides excellent rust protection for ferrous metals for normal in-plant storage and processing and is also safe on yellow metals.

·         Cleans and protects in one step.

·         Rejects oil for enhanced washer cleanliness and sump life.

·         Does not contain DEA, DEA compounds, DCHA, triazine, phosphates, boron, and silicone.

 

RECOMMENDED STARTING DILUTIONS:

 

CIMCLEAN PRODUCTO SP-262T is to be mixed with water for use. Always add concentrate to water. Add no other materials to the concentrate or mix unless approved by your CIMCOOL® District Manager.

 

Spray Washers	3% to 5% (0.91 – 1.52 on the refractometer scale)
Refractometer Factor	3.3
4% Mix pH, Typical Operating	9.1

 

HANDLING and STORAGE:

 

If frozen, thaw completely at room temperature. Inside storage is recommended.
