DESCRIPTION

 

CIMCLEAN PRODUCTO CB-101 is a water-based, high detergency, alkaline cleaner.

 

APPLICATION

 

CIMCLEAN PRODUCTO CB-101 is designed for use in dip, immersion, and ultrasonic baths for precision cleaning of copper, brass, bronze, stainless steel, and is suitable for use with certain types of plastics.

 

FEATURES & BENEFITS

 

·         Extremely effective at removing heavy greases and oils from parts and tools.

·         Leaves a bright finish on parts and tools and will not stain or pit metals.

·         Does not contain solvents, silicates, or phosphates.

·         Can be used at varying dilutions depending on the severity of the cleaning job.

·         Designed for use at ambient as well as elevated temperatures.

 

RECOMMENDED STARTING DILUTIONS:

 

CIMCLEAN PRODUCTO CB-101 is to be mixed with water for use. Always add concentrate to water. Add no other materials to the concentrate or mix unless approved by your CIMCOOL® District Manager.

 

Dip/Immersion Cleaning	3% to 5% (0.6 – 1.0 on the refractometer scale)
Ultrasonic Cleaning	3% to 5% (0.6 – 1.0 on the refractometer scale)
Refractometer Factor	5.0
4% Mix pH, Typical Operating	8.7

 

HANDLING and STORAGE:

 

If frozen, thaw completely at room temperature. Inside storage is recommended.
