METALWORKING FLUID ADDITIVE

 

ADDITVE 2ARB-1 is a metalworking fluid additive to be used as a settling aid for glass fines. Minimizes hard packing of fines.

 

OPERATIONS:

 

Put ADDITIVE 2ARB-1 into CIMCOOL® metalworking fluid mixes as recommended by CIMCOOL® Technical Services. Use in mix when settling of glass fines is a problem.

 

Note: For use in cationic mixes ONLY.

 

APPLICATION:

 

Pour ADDITIVE 2ARB-1 directly into the “clean” side of central filtration system where contamination is the lowest to maximize effectiveness.

 

RECOMMENDED STARTING DILUTIONS

 

FOR INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY

 

Recommended Starting Dilution	0.01% (1:10,000)
Typical Operating Range	0.008% (1:12,000) to 0.014% (1:7,000)
